rPerf (Relative Performance)
The AIX and Linux capacity measure needed before a Power 12 performance claim can support a real sizing decision.
IBM publishes rPerf values for defined Power configurations. No Power 12 rPerf value exists because IBM has not announced models, cores, clocks, or supported configurations. Use current Power 11 rPerf evidence for today's sizing and reject any next-generation number that does not come from IBM product documentation.
